Mustly is made from some apple must, some carbonated water and pure flavors from nature, nothing else. No sugar, no sweetener or other weirdness.

Hammars Bryggeri has existed for over 100 years! The brewery was founded back in 1904 and is one of Sweden's oldest breweries. Over the years, a few different families with connections to the area have owned and operated the brewery. In August 2016, the Henrysson family took over to carry on the family tradition. Today, Hammars Bryggeri brews a large range of soft drinks, water and award-winning tonics on a small scale and artisanally in its brewery on the edge of Lake Vättern.

At Kullabygdens Musteri in Mjöhult in Scania, we have been making apple must since 1929. New technology has developed the process, but the basic idea is the same; The apples are pressed, filtered, pasteurized and bottled. The result is a naturally good drink with a fresh taste and a well-balanced balance between elegant acidity and ripe sweetness, a natural product completely without additives.
